My recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their employees (possibly named Tarun). I visited this store July 4 around 6:20 pm and asked this employee for more information about a particular item, they responded with a rude attitude and made unprofessional comments. Their tone was condescending and dismissive. Their lack of willingness to assist and their disrespectful attitude throughout the interaction was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and will not be returning.
The management should seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices to ensure that all customers have better experiences. I’d advise staying away from this store and take your business elsewhere as this place’s customer service is abysmal.
