I had a really unpleasant experience today while shopping. One of the clerks (a short guy) was extremely unhelpful and rude. No matter what I asked him about the product, he would reply with another question and even got angry. It was quite shocking for me, as I was simply trying to gather more information before making a purchase. I asked him about the earphones I was buying and when I inquired about the store’s policy in case of any issues, he angrily replied, “Madame, I don’t know how long you have been in Canada but it’s not how it works here!” He even went as far as asking me if I understood English, when I was clearly speaking to him in English. This person’s behavior was totally unacceptable and rude. I will not be returning to this store. Completely disappointed with the service.

I had an unpleasant experience at your Surrey store yesterday with an employee who was not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude. The short-beard guy I interacted with seemed intent on being over-smart and made it clear that he didn’t want me in the store. Despite my patience and calm demeanor, he was dismissive and condescending, treating me as though I was uneducated. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional, uncultured, and outright pathetic. Such a person tarnishes the reputation of your store, and I strongly urge you to address this issue to prevent further damage to your customer service standards. Furthermore, the guy with the spectacles who was standing with him was just watching the show. This shows that it’s been going on for long there.

He always goes above and beyond his duties from explaining to us everything top to bottom, inside out of our purchases and account to giving us a plethora of choices and advises. It’s been our 3rd time and will definitely transact again and again and again with him in the future. Customer service at its finest. Thank you.
