I came in a month ago and bought a ps5 for my boyfriend for his birthday not realizing that the game he plays is only offered on Xbox. I came in today to do a return & exchange for an Xbox series x which is actually more expensive and would have benefited them however they very bluntly denied any form of exchange whatsoever and I was told to go and sell it on Facebook marketplace myself. Extremely disappointed in the lack of understanding, I won’t be coming back again.

I walked into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted or even the knowledge about what computer to purchase for school. Gavin, the manager, was very informative making sure I understood the information he was telling me. He was so patient with me, as I struggled to make a decision, he let co-workers suggest some option as well. As I work in retail, it was so refreshing to see the store be professional, team orientated with strong customer service skills.

Walked in first thing this morning Feb, 27th and was greeted by Robert one of you’re staff. Just want to say thankyou for pleasant experience, It was fast and efficient no hassle. Robert was very professional with myself and on the phone with Bell. Great example of what customer service is about, an excellent team of staff you have.
