Called a Young ladd today about a Samsung Watch for my Wife. Incredible advice and a great kid , and he had it out aside when I arrived. Can’t remember the name but he worked afternoons today at 2pm Collingwood. Knowledgeable and when my Debit Card didn’t work he slid me over to the next POS and it worked fine. Great 5 Star service and thanks kid for making my Wife’s Birthday Present a smooth process lol.
Fantastic service at The Source in Collingwood. Needed to set up a new phone and Steve was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store and staff. Will definitely be going back the next time I need a new phone or help with my electronics.
I had a problem with my iPad mini and had to get it replaced under warranty. Even though this store didn’t sell it to me, they patiently assisted by setting up the new one in store as much as they could, until closing. Well done, good crew
