I just dropped in for a quick browse and Sam the Manager helped me find what I was looking for. He asked me if I needed a new phone. In fact, I did and so did my husband. He went above and beyond to get us new phones and a new account with Virgin Mobile. Saved us money immediately. He walked me through the entire process, step by step and personally made sure that the transfer went flawlessly. I would highly recommend dropping in and browsing.
