I purchased a pair of headphones, they were within the thirty day period AND I purchased an extended warranty. I discovered that my cellphone would not function with them (not due to any physical problems with my phone specifically, but due to an issue with the firmware on my device) and explained it as such to the staff.

I was told -only- the manager would be able to do a refund and he wouldn’t be back until 2 PM. I returned at 1:50 and waited for 15 minutes. I was then told he’d be back at 4 PM. I returned -again-.

They told me there was nothing wrong with the headphones, but they would ‘do me a special favor just for me and exchange them for another pair of bluetooth headphones” which would leave me with the same problem as before. When I asked if there was any sort of refund or store credit policy the manager printed off a receipt and read the portion referring to EAR BUD STYLE HEADPHONES not being accepted for returns based on ‘hygiene policy’.

My headphones were not Ear bud style, but over the head earphones and he continued to read the french version which was translated to just include all headphones. When I tried to read the recepit for myself the manager would not give it to me and I was told there was nothing they could do.

This entire ordeal took about 8 hours of my day, and I was basically lied to about a policy that made no sense. Every other store I’ve been to or worked at has no such policy in regards to returning OVER THE HEAD style head phones.

This is possibly the worst electronics store I’ve ever been to.

i went to get a head phone extension.. i have bose headphones and the wire to plug in is short.. my extension had a lose wire so i needed a new one… i even brought the old ones… the sales man..mr. H.HACHICHA did not know what i wanted… even though i had a replica to show him.. i needed a connection with a male and a female.. he finally got me a box ..it did not look right… i asked him if i could open it to make sure… he said that would not be possible… when i got it home it was so easy to open.. no ripping or tearing… and it of course was not what i wanted… now i have to go back and trust that i get a refund… the man did not even offer me a bag… in fact when the sale was completed he disappeared… no one else in the store… i had to look for the item.. it was hidden behind something… perhaps i am being unjust but i thought that perhaps he was hoping that i would leave and forget it… and then deny that he had not given it to me… the worst service i have had anywhere in a long time…. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNTIL THE SOURCE FIXES THE SOURCE OF THEIR PROBLEMS…

Couldn’t believe all the other reviews on this store could be correct but they were. Just had the worse customer service experience of any shop i’ve ever been to in my life. The guy who served me could not have been more unhelpful and condescending. Guess what The Source guy, I’m a female and I actually do know about technology! It’s no wonder shops like this are moving online when the whole point of going to a store is to get service and this “The Source” definitely needs to train their representatives in that.
