I purchased a 75″ TV from here, get it home to find out that it is broken. They refused to allow me to return it stating that the item was too big…even though I purchased it directly from their store inventory. Finally they accepted the return after nearly 2 weeks. When I brought it back into the store the manager admitted to me that he himself broke the TV and sold it to me knowing it had a hole in the casing. He then tried to convince me that regardless of the hole, it was a good deal and I should reconsider returning it. The same TV was also on sale at Best Buy & Amazon for the same price. So beware of this store. Wish I could give a zero star!

I believe the store associate’s name was Prince. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I’ve had some bad luck with other cell phone providers in other stores, waiting for hours for simple tasks. Well done, Prince and the staff at The Source in Sechelt BC

The person who sold me the phone at The source, tsain ko village, Nandini , was really great. She knew a lot about the phones and helped me find a very good deal. She was friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend her to others.
