What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
I was shopping for a new phone and rate plan, by the third visit I was greeted in the same consistently friendly manner and given accurate promotional information. Each visit I was greeted by multiple members, greeted within 3 feet of entering the store and my needs were addressed.

I am more than thrilled with my service and my purchase. I was given several options to fit my lifestyle.

The knowledge shared was more than any online experience and better than the time spent shopping around for competitive prices or service.

I highly recommend this store location for your tech and cell service needs.

Rakhi was a phenomenal help in my purchases. She is the right amount of presence and knowledge to allow you the room and information to confidently spend your money.

While I traced a birthday flower on the gift for my mom, Kewal rang in my purchase and Rakhi completed my warranty and contract. The entire experience was friendly and seamless.

The guy atul and 2 more guys working on monday afternoon were busy on their phones. Neither they greeted me. I came to pickup my apple watch it was smooth but when i ssked if they can assist me with the watch , they clearly said no and the whole time i was struggling to open and set it up. When i told to atleast charge it up so that it can turn on they refused again. Also the box of the watch they gave me had blue dots with pen for which i am attatching the photos. The incident happen around 2 pm and i would like the manager to review the camera footage of the incident how these guys treated me.

I work downtown and this place was a no brainer for me to pick up anything.

Forgot something at home? I’d just get it here and keep one for the office.

Last item I got was a pair of headphones. Used them for a few days and they worked great until they didn’t.

Came back to return them and they wouldn’t return them.

I believe that’s the last money I’ll spend at this store. Horrible return policy.

Do yourself a favour and just drive to 109 st and 104 ave Best Buy. They actually have a great return policy.
