I wish I could give 0 stars to this store for the customer service and for lying to their customers for selling their products for their own benefit. I went to this store on April 4th to get headphones. The guy (gurpreet singh) at the Check out offered me a new sim for good price(in his opinion). I asked for prepaid sim. He pulled my credit report without my consent. Which ie illegal. He did not ask or told me that is pulling my credit. I came to know after 4 days when i checked that it dropped my 26 points. I have been going to the store almost everyday. The manager and the employee are not willing to help at all. They just sold their products.

I have been waiting for a call from prabhjot which I have never received. They said they cannot undo it. They have ridiculous customer service. Did not apologize for gave any kind of compensation for the blunder they have made.

I will never recommend you guys to come to this store.

I will for-sure take legal action for what they have done and report them for pulling my credit without my consent.

Had such a great experience here. The Manager (Josh) convinced me to switch my cell phone to them. They had the phone I wanted and a great deal. Better than the stand alone cell companies. Definitely worth going there. They made the transition as easy as possible. Best cell phone experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful.

I went to store and met Gurpreet bhaji he is very soft person and we got for my cousion sim card from him with virgin plus he cleared all the things which is noone disclose when we sign any deal papers.
