I visited there to Purchase Portable Bluetooth Speaker but the Sales Representative over there Named- Sana lied to me and sold wired Bluetooth Speaker.Clearly,Who needs wired Bluetooth speaker over portable one. After that I went to exchange it they refused by saying that recently they implemented no refund no exchange policy. I told this product is wastage for me. I just need exchange not refund. But, They refused. They said source is trying to get rid of all inventory that why they are not offering exchange or refund. Big trusted brand like source is also using this cheap tricks for sales. I told sana that source store in kitchner is offering exchange why not u.I also did mistake by trusting her. So, Check properly before purchasing anything with them. Don’t trust on their words only.

Edit for owner: The poor CUSTOMER SERVICE is what made me write this review. The safe shop system isn’t in your control but HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE IS !!

I will never shop here again. This store euthanized in-person shopping for me. Doorbell system to buy paper vouchers off the wall, can’t even look around.
I just wanted to get out of there but then I had to discuss my phone and internet plan breakdowns and cost to be able to get the product I came for.
And to top it off the person who served me S. Sourav wanted to debate me on electronics to get me to buy a warranty on a firestick. I’m not going to debate you, you know more than me and always going to be right. The answer is no. The real question is Who hurt you ?
