The entire staff but most notably the store manager – Audrey and her associates Ethan and Allen worked extremely hard to assist me in migrating my phone service from Virgin to Bell Mobility. After countless visits and numerous calls to corporate and retail, the issues were resolved with a great deal of professionalism and care. I very much appreciate their efforts and would recommend anyone to this store in future, as the manager went above and beyond to troubleshoot my case while appearing to be off duty on my last and most previous visit before everything was resolved.

I have also bought a newer model iPad in the last year through The Source’s online store, which was less than a pleasant process and these three did a fantastic job redeeming my view The Source!

My daughter and I went into the YK Source with 2 main objectives. She wanted a new screen protector and / or someone to help her put a less than perfect screen protector on her phone. They said no BUT explained the why which was logical. I wanted to obtain a receipt reprint for earbuds my partner got for me last Thanksgiving. I was so dubious that they were going to be able to help me . But pleasant suprise great service and some effort we found the receipt!!! Thanks for the help

Terrible service from Audree – I was frankly shocked that they weren’t willing to consider helping me get a sim card out of my phone despite having all of the tools and ability to. Not very typical of Yellowknife friendly service.

The reason for avoiding helping a potential customer is because my provider is Koodo, not Bell, despite Koodo using Bell towers she told me Koodo was part of Rogers so they wouldn’t help me pop my sim tray out…. That’s a terrible approach to customer service.
