We had excellent customer service the day we went into the Source in Sooke. I was bringing my mother in law into the store to check out phone plans and to see if we could upgrade her plan with a plan that was more affordable and higher quality. Deena & Quinn stepped up their game and not only sold my mother in law a new phone & plan, but Deena offered me a deal I could not refuse & I automatically signed my wife and I up to the new phone plan right than and there. I felt as if I was fully and completely taken care of, all of my questions and concerns were dealt with professionally and thoroughly. We loved our experience so much that we went into the store again a couple days later and purchased a tablet through Deena. I would 100% recommend these guys if you are from Sooke. They’ve got your best interest in mind. Thanks again you guys for saving my family a ton of money and for your excellent customer service, we will see you soon.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could but the minimum is one . I recently bought an Apple Watch SE 44mm in midnight, I paid $369.99 plus tax . A day later I noticed that the exact same watch was on sale at a competitor for $329.99 so I went in to the store I bought the watch at and asked to get the price matched because it states that on the Sources own web site, they told me that they can’t price match it because I already opened the watch! No place on their website it says that the product can’t be opened, and they couldn’t do anything for me even though I had all the proper information I needed. I will never recommend this place to any one , and never buy anything again from this place or company they say buy local well after this experience I’m going with the big box stores.

This morning I arrived at The Source store in a panic as my old computer could not download a program I desperately needed.
Maddy was at the counter this morning and she was so helpfull with all her knowledge and experience.and went out of her way to manage and fix my computer problem, later in the process Dina joined in and everything got sorted out, and I was reminded times and time again to remember to come back if it did not solve the probe.
