I bought my DVD player, well before i bought my fire TV stick, I bought a D.V.D.PLAYER player so I could watch something without cable, I will share photo ,but first I would like to tell the public about their geek squad, how they helped me in so many ways, being that I’m not very noligable about new things coming onto the market, so I say GOOD place to shop & get help with my first cell phone I bought at the age of 62 years old ,I didn’t have a clue as to how to set it up or for that matter, even how to use it..well after going back 3 or 4 times, they started charging me $44.95 each time I came back for help ,more than twice & I would have to leave it overnight each time, and low & behold they never really fixed what I needed done, what Google was asking, & telling me the best & safest way to go about things I needed done on my phone..so to make a long story short, I decided to just let Google do it for me ,on what they wanted done on my phone for better security, on my part… thanks for listening, I think I’m done now.. HAVE YOURSELF A GOOD DAY ***
I had the best experience with the crew at Best Buy Mobile in the mall. Everything was explained, I wasn’t pressured. It seemed like they really wanted me to be well satisfied with my choice. They gave me some extras and treated me like a valued customer. Here is my advice to all who are buying anything from anyone. Do your best to have them understand that they are appreciated. Laugh, don’t do a big purchase if you’re in a hurry. Be NICE! I’m remembered for being a fun customer and ALWAYS remembered. I brighten the day of clerks, servers, etc. It’s amazing how much better the service is when you treat them well. Have a nice day!
My first visit was very good and I was very pleased with the service and excellent deal I got. However on my second visit I was very disappointed with both the attitude and lack of respect I was shown. Young staff were rude and made me feel my business wasn’t important. Very disheartening after my first experience. Best Buy would do well to train their staff in customer service and respect. Not everyone is as tech savvy or knowledgeable as these young sales people. A little respect for their elders wouldn’t hurt either. I will never darken the door of this business again.
