Excellent choice for small business purchases. Staff is not only very knowledgeable about professional-grade Apple products but they also recognise their limit, which is something I do appreciate.
BetterWorx was able to place an order from their supplier and estimated a delivery date more than a week before the Apple store did. They also recommended less expensive alternatives to certain devices, which is something I highly appreciated.
They also match Apple’s own prices and are able to do business invoicing and quotes.
These guys at BetterWorx are outstanding!!!! Their service is brilliant and they explain things without making one feel silly for not knowing all the technical stuff. I needed my laptop urgently before a flight and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. HIGHLY recommend them. So rare to get good service in Berlin, but these guys are beyond good. They are excellent!

I got my MacBookPro2016 battery replaced and it was free of charge because it was an Apple production mistake.
I didn’t know that when I first came here and they told me and I was very grateful because it didn’t cost me anything.
I only had to wait for 2 weeks to get my laptop back but it was totally worth it.
