I visited Biddulph mobile phone shop today for the first time, to buy some accories for my phone and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed guidence as I am a pensioner and I do not have the experience of the younger generation. I would certainly recommend this shop as there is now no need to travel to the Potteries, with Biddulph Mobiles here in the town.
Once again, excellent service, I took my iPad in as it wouldn’t charge, think the lovely lady there had the magic touch as it worked, therefore it was my charger that wasn’t working. Bought new charger, very reasonable priced, much cheaper than a new iPad which I was convinced I needed. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend
A fantastic, friendly service, offering very good value for money, that I would highly recommend. The young lad replaced my damaged phone screen and my husband’s broken phone charger port. Both phones now working perfectly. We will definitely be going there again in the future.
