My phone wouldn’t charge, so I thought, new phone time, but gave these guys a call on the off chance something could be done. Called them up, took it to them, turns out there was dirt in the phone. They cleaned it out. The phone works as good as ever and they wouldn’t take a penny for doing it. Wonderful service by wonderful people. Big thanks. Anyone out there looking for a great phone repair service, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere.
Initial communication and service was 5 star, phone screen was fixed on the same day within a matter of hours. HOWEVER, my phone screen did not look right (as per image), this was flagged. I’m was advised another would be ordered and when I tried to arrange to get my phone screen changed for the second time there was no response. This was June last year!
It is good to know there is a local service that clearly states their prices on the website. So no surprises. Had almost given up on this phone but that it would be good to give these guys a chance to do their magic.
Now all sorted, not too expensive, good communication. Will be recommending them to all that. Definitely be using them again.
