Very disappointed. Last week, I bought there the new BlackMagic Cinema Camera 4K and two days later I saw that the new camera has two dead pixels on the sensor which is visible on the videos. So I wanted to give it back as I have legally the right to give back a broken item which I bought two days before. Mr Ali Sezin, probably the owner of the shop refused to take it back. Even if I tried to tell him that it is completely illegal that he refuses a refund, there was no way to get my money back. They don’t respect the client, they don’t respect and apply the laws. They basically don’t care once they get their money. So as an advice, don’t ever buy anything from there.

Finger weg! Habe dort einen Software-Paket fur uber 1000 Euro gekauft und warte seit nunmehr zwei Monaten, dass das Produkt in vollem Umfang geliefert wird. Wochentlich telefoniere ich hinterher und werde wieder, und wieder, und wieder vertrostet.
