Shame i can’t give this a zero star rating. I took my phone in as my screen had a chip. The man said he would replace it in a few days. He then calls a fews days later to say he has replaced the screen however he didn’t have the correct screen replacement so instead of informing me of the issue this idiot takes it upon himself to replace it with a slightly smaller screen. He then tells me once I’ve paid for it. And literally 3 days later, the screen stops working all together. Now im left with samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that I can’t use, and im still have 15 months left on my current contract. Honestly i wouldn’t recommend this local fraudster to anyone

Got water in my phone on holiday went to see if it could be repaired but decided to buy a new secondhand one. The guy in there was so helpful and obliging retrieved everything from the cloud, and set new one up for me. Am so grateful as not phone literate.
