Really happy with my buying experience here at Bing Lee Casula. Everything was done over the phone. I called up looking to purchase the Westinghouse Double Oven. Spoke to a lovely guy named Thai who was able to check the stock availability, made the whole price matching inquiry process so quick and smooth (no awkward haggling involved) and threw in the free delivery too. This is what customer service is about: knowing what the customer wants and being able to deliver it quick and efficiently. New oven was delivered the next day without any problems.
