Me and my partner attended to this store around 12 pm today. While we were browsing and discussing about our future home appliances at the refrigerator section. An elder male staff approached us and asking us if we need any help. As when we told him that we were just browsing at the moment, he returned us the word says “don’t wait till tomorrow”. We felt this is very inappropriate, offensive, disrespectful and totally no professional ethics to talk to your customers this way. Since when the customers are not allowed to enjoy their own time to browse the products before making further decisions and seek for advice? As well as being abused by this kind of words? We been buying our home appliances in different bing Lee branches this is the first time we felt being treated such disrespectfully. I think you really need to do re-training on your team’s professional ethics to be more acknowledging what can or can’t they say to their customers.

“customers are dumb nowadays” – Store manager John, talking very loudly to his staff member. I was at the back of the store, wanting to buy an oven and he was at the front counter. Instead of simply leaving it at an apology, he blames me for eavesdropping on a private conversation and said that it had nothing to do with me. I was at the BACK OF THE STORE (at least 12-15 metres away) and could hear him very clearly while he stood at the customer counter, I am a customer, and what a horrible experience when I’m about to drop $1800 on an oven.
I walked out and called BL HO as promised. They were super helpful but considering they will NOT notify me of any action or etc, and seeing many complaints here that specify John, I deem it appropriate to air the attitude of the store manager here. I found him to be aggressive, rude and detrimental to a positive customer experience.
I will NEVER spend at BL again, I am not dumb. Thanks John.

Upon walking in I was greeted by 2 sales staff and the lady at the front counter
I just knew It was going to.be a great shopping experience from there

A gentleman (which I found out latter)named John was extremely helpful to help furnish our new home he made sure he was qualifying us for the right product and not trying too over sell like other white goods stores we had been to that day

John had to attend something else then Steve took over our transaction making sure if we needed any accessories warrantys or transportation he was a lovely fellow with a kind intentions and made sure that all extended warranty and discounts went through as he explained it.all to the very helpful and friendly lady’s at the front desk
