Excellent service. Both members of staff were helpful and professional. They offered some helpful advice as well as a few extra bits of help with my PC repair without me prompting. PC went from blue screen hell to working better than it ever has in less than 24 hours. Thoroughly recommend them and I am greatly relieved that I have now found a reliable and affordable PC repair ship in my local area. Thanks team!

yep, they are still awesome. Had a component failure and within a day and a half I had by PC back working right as rain. I also had a cheeky dialogue with them via email as they were repairing it to say “while you are in there could you also just…” because I am a terminally awkward customer. They were lovely about it, sorted out the extras I wanted in no time at all. What’s even better is I started asking about graphics cards when I picked my PC up and the technician was entirely honest in saying what I was after was not something they come across very often, but took the time to talk me through some options and things to explore on my own. the guidance was really helpful, delivered in an accessible and honest way, and he clearly knew his stuff. As a result we’ve ordered the parts he recommended.

After 2 really stress free visits, Bioteknik is now “my IT guy” for al future issues. Thanks again peeps!

Their customer service is always superb. Highly recommend this business for all your computer needs. They don’t charge the earth either. No – I’m not their bestest friend. I used to work opposite them and now I travel the 30 miles because I just couldn’t go anywhere else.

Tom was very helpful in giving advice on recommending a pc to meet my needs and was able to offer me a very reasonable trade in price for my old laptop. I was able to get a better spec pc and cheaper than I’d seen recon machines on Amazon and they’ve got a good range in stock. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a preowned PC / laptop.
