So we basically just needed some consulting in the compatibility of various parts and help with ordering a case and a cooling system. The vendor failed with providing us with either. I really want to support local small businesses, but this one did not do what he was paid to do. The case did not even fit the cooling system. We we’re told we could pick up the order tomorrow, but it took two weeks until we got the wrong parts. When you go to a local business you pay for expertice, you just won’t here. You’ll pay for the fake gold watch instead. Only shop here if you like to be made feel dumb by incompetent people.
When for some consulting information on my laptop top. Took the part in that I needed to replace. Employee couldn’t help me with a replacement part. Told me that I had to bring my laptop in so he could see the model number. I told him what model I have. But he still insisted on seeing it for himself or to send a picture of my laptop with the part by email. It has been over one week now and no response to the email I sent him.
Just scam.
I asked them for a windows install medium but they told me for my pc it doesn’t work and i should bring my pc there and they wanted 59 for it.
