The person who served me looked after me very professionally and offered two solutions to repair my laptop. One more expensive the cheaper depending on the fault. I thought that I would have to prepare for a more expensive variant, which is usually the case with this type of company. But he called me the next day and said it was done and the costs were still lower than expected. A very honest attitude deserves positive feedback. Thank you.
Total rip off took PS150 late august to replace two i phone screens. End of november both screens stopped working, a few days after they say the warranty expires. Would not recommend this place at all. Took the phone back and still wanted PS70 to fix just one of the handsets. They should be advertising PS100 for a screen that will only last 3 months. Only in it for the money. Zero customer care!
I needed my GHD’d repaired as one of the heating plates stopped working , nowhere seemed to do it so when I called bits & PCs I was really happy they offered the service. I was quoted PS29.99 and told it would take up to five working days it was done in two. Really happy with the fast service and pleseant staff . Keep up the good work .
