This is the best PC Repair shop in Worcestershire.

I will try to keep this short. My brother built a gaming pc for me and from the start it had a lot of issues, including crashing, blue screens and not playing games for more than 5 minutes before crashing. I tried a lot of things at home that could solve the issue, and to no avail.

So I thought I’d look online and see who was there to help. I did not choose Bits n pcs the first, or second time around and what a mistake that was! 1 Person self employed, and the other was another ‘reputable’ pc repair shop in Worcester. However neither of these two could fix my issue, and with the shop charging me PS200+ for diagnostics and a windows reinstall, I knew that I had to find another shop before they racked up the bill searching for the issue.

Here is where bits n pcs came in. The first thing that surprised me was the “No fix no fee” policy, which was music to my ears after the previous shop. The team in there were really friendly and chilled out. After approx. 24 hours of having my pc I received a call and low and behold they had found the issue! It was a faulty motherboard and/ or processor. They got the replacement parts ordered and changed over within a day and I had my pc back less than 3 days after taking it in. As they buy parts for trade prices I got the parts cheaper than I could buy at home and for the diagnostics + refitting the parts (and some much needed cable management) they only charged me PS85!

I sent the faulty part/s back and this week both parts have been accepted as faulty. Also to send back my motherboard the supplier wanted a photo of the processor socket (Where that is I do not know), the team took the photos for me and made sure it was safely back in its original box before I left the store.

Finally I was sceptical taking the PC home just incase it didn’t work, as the first shop told me it was fixed and it wasn’t. I was assured that the PC was fixed, but however if for any reason it wasn’t, they would definitely get to the bottom of the issue. I am writing this 2 weeks after having my PC back and I can say that it has NOT crashed, frozen or blue screened ONCE.

I took my HP Spectre x360 into Bits ‘n PCs for a diagnostic check on a broken port, and for a clean and service as it was running hot.
Peter took the laptop apart, cleaned it and reapplied a thermal pad, and even managed to restore connectivity to the USB-C port, all while I waited. He explained everything he was doing, and I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely use them again when I have any need in the future.

Absolutely fantastic company! Brilliant communication, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and speedy about all things computers. They retrieved data very quickly and efficiently for us from an old desktop computer that wouldn’t switched on. We received that data on a USB data storage stick at a very good cost. Well done and thank you to all the staff there!
