Our PC went pop! Though I would be smart and fix it – opened it up so see a mass of wires – plugs – circuits – promptly closed it up and called Chris. He collected the computer – kept me aware of what he found – fixed it – upgraded it – cleaned it – tested it and returned it within 36 Hours. When you rely on your computer to run a business as we do, this type of service and attention to detail is awesome. I can’t recommend Black Bee IT highly enough.
Useless old fogie, called in Chris when computer wouldn’t start. He came, took it away, phoned later to say all fixed. Returned it next day. Very kind, patient and competent. Would certainly recommend him, specially to old fogie friends. Thank you Chris.
