Love this place! I’ve been using their services for several years. They are friendly, professional and do good work. They replaced a screen on a phone a few years ago while I shopped nearby. When I purchased a new phone in 2021 I took it to them to get a screen protector and case. I dropped the same phone down cement stairs this week and cracked the screen. I made an appointment on their user friendly website which also stated the cost of the repair. When I arrived at the shop Fazal greeted me. He removed the screen protector and showed it to me saying “It’s your lucky day! It’s only the screen protector that’s cracked!” We both laughed at my good fortune! He expertly replaced the screen protector and I was on my way in minutes, saving $200+! Thank you Blackapple!

My husband and I have been bringing our cell phone and laptop woes to the Quadra Street Black Apple for years. This visit was yet one more reason why we drive that distance to that shop passing other companies that are in that same business to fix our “stuff “. Fazal is proficient, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and in top of it all is very customer service oriented. He actually listens and hears his customers’ concerns. Oh yeah, and our laptop is now running as new and funnily enough, all the dust , fingerprints and grease marks are gone. Thank you Fazal!

So I dropped my iPhone on concrete and ended up with a permanent 1 cm wide white strip across the screen, F$&@. Went to the store on Foul Bay Road where I bought it 4 years earlier. They were happy to fix it for $400 and leave the phone. I went to black Apple cellular on Quadra only to meet Fazal who installed a brand new display module for $162 while I sat and waited for 15 minutes with no stripe. Now THATS SERVICE! Ask for Fazal as I will only deal with him. Once you meet him you will know why.
