Charged me for a support package and then failed to deliver any support
Was supposed to have provided QA data for a radiology reporting workstation
A windows license expired before the end of the support period and was not renewed
Did not answer multiple emails or telephone calls
When did answer just apologised for poor service but refused to refund charges
Very unreliable and really regret my decision to use this company
