Had a pretty painful experience where it felt like I was constantly messed around. I came in to get my laptop fixed for just a noise that it made, and paid the fee to be diagnosed, I let the person that I needed it for university like 4days later and they assured me it would be diagnosed by then, but it wasn’t I had to collect it and bring it back again just for this diagnosis. After being promised on multiple occasions that it would be ready for a date and it not and having to collect it for university it was eventually diagnosed but it was such a laborious and inconsiderate experience. They did offer me a refund on the diagnostic fee but at this point I had gone through so much time and money getting to the shop it felt a bit sour as much as it was appreciated to be offered. They did find the issue but I think the service was just sub par and wouldn’t recommend.

I rang Mark to discuss an issue that I had with my iMac which at the time was running very slow. After a pleasant initial phone call, I took my iMac on for inspection and few days later it was booked in for an hard drive upgrade.

The upgrade presented challenges due to the design of the 2019 iMac’s. It took a while but I understood the complexity of the repair and this was well articulated by Mark.

Eventually I received my repaired iMac and the upgrade was a vast improvement on the previous hard drive and I’m now able to run software updates. The upgrade did present some challenges but the hard work by Mark and his team eventually made this a successful job and I’m now able to perform my daily duties with ease.

These guys absolutely niced me up with my first newly built pc. I’m absolutely over the moon with it. If you need ANYTHING PC wise Bluewolf are your guys!
Really friendly, “real people”, that will assist you with your needs whether it’s adding to your pc, building it up from scratch or fixing/repair etc
