The USB hubs on my two-years-old PC had stopped recognising the external mouse, keyboard and flash-drives. I had sourced several potential remedies on the internet, but nothing worked. Since Robert had helped me on other devices, I contacted him again. He resolved this issue promptly and the PC is now both fully operational and as fast as new. I happily recommend him.
Fabulous! I called my internet provider a few times and had someone from a popular repair company come out to look at my PC. Total waste of time and money. Robert came out and I felt at ease immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He took my PC away (and dropped it back very quickly) and it has never worked better. Awesome!
