Useless, time-wasting stoners.
First of all, Bob couldn’t fix it. Bob couldn’t get out his bed for 10 o’clock. Twenty past 10 before shutters started to open.
Eventually handed my phone over and expected maybe couple hours for repair. No word at all from him. I called at 12 o’clock and it still wasn’t fixed as he was ‘still waiting for parts’. Told me to come back for 1 and all would be well. Gave him an extra half hour before returning. Arrived and he mumbled out some elaborate story explaining his troubles. Long story short, he didn’t have the parts but instead of calling me to make me aware, he waited for me to come back and had the cheek to try and sell me a cracked screen replacement. Even had the audacity to try charge me PS145. Would never recommend this shop. Believe he is buying stolen goods as there were a couple ‘shady’ characters, to say the least, looking to flog a phone they didn’t even know the make of. Terrible, terrible service. Honestly, do yourself a favour and make this shop an absolute last resort.

Bob was not only incredibly friendly and kind to all of his customers, but he was fast and efficient, did a great job on a phone screen repair even when run off his feet. He gave a better price than everyone in Alloa, and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I would highly reccomend this shop! Will be using again 10/10. I could not be more thankful to him for his great work!
I popped in to see about screen replacement and was met by some good people. Good conversation, knowledgeable and very fair priced. Bob replaced the screen on my Huawei P smart 2020 in an hour. His staff, father and himself are all very easy to talk to and get on with. Great shop. Will be back.
