very bad customer service,the man was accepting money from customer as a tip ,and overcharged me 10 EUR,to put into his pocket as well !great job ,he told me later ,when I complained,it was for his service ???If he gets 10 Eur from each customer,he probably made up for the lack of sales !on top of everything,he became loud and rude ,and told me a franchise can do what it wants!!!
Ich habe Ende 2023 die Handyvertrage umstellen lassen und neue Gerate geordert. War im Ganzen ein bissel knifflig wegen der Termine. Mit Peter Pfretzschner an der Seite alles kein Problem. Ich fuhle mich hier richtig gut aufgehoben und ganz nett beraten. So ist mir auch der Weg aus Eisenach in meine Heimatstadt nicht zu weit.
