Bolt Mobile is the best! Nobody in Regina had the phone I was looking for, nor was it available on the SaskTel website. On a whim I contacted Bolt Mobile through their website, and in no time I received a reply from Dani at Bolt Mobile confirming that they did indeed have the phone I was looking for. After a few messages back and forth going over the details, the order was placed and the phone was promptly shipped to my door in Regina. I received the phone 2 (business) days after my original order was placed, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Regina folks should definitely keep Bolt Mobile in mind if they’re having no luck with the local shops. Thank you again, Dani!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The service was exceptional. Ask for Adam as he was phenomenal. He helped me choose a phone and a plan. He took the time to check my usage history and found out what was important to me. He also installed a screen protector and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new phone. I was recommended this place by a friend and I recommended it for anyone that is looking for a new phone.

First time going to Bolt. I followed a not so happy customer but my service was great! Cheyanne on Circle helped me and she was fantastic. The only down side was they didn’t have the size of phone I wanted but not their fault they sold out. Looking forward to going back in a few years for my next phone.
