Went to buy the new version of my Garmin Vivosmart (shown on their website), was told by the man on the phones counter, it wasn’t in store and that at 100EUR it wouldn’t give my heartbeat or many of the features I was used to anyway and that I would have to spend at least 400EUR on a Fitbit to get what I wanted and to check because it was possible I would also need to upgrade/change my android mobile to be compatible ( also very expensive). When I challenged him that my old Garmin showed all I needed and connected with my ‘old’ android he said it wasn’t possible – so I showed him!!!! He still denied it was possible!!! Needless to say we left the shop and I ordered new version Garmin from Amazon, 24hrs later its delivered and does all and more and by miracle it connects with my phone!!!!!! Your sales person needs to listen more to customers needs and not push expense sales that are not necessary.

I went here yesterday to buy a shaver. I checked online before making the journey (2 hours return) and confirmed they had the model I wanted in stock. Of course, they didn’t have it but they could get it in the next day. Needless to say I left empty-handed. I went across the road to Darty and found the same model for the same price, so I bought it. That’s the third time I’ve been let down by Boulanger and it’s the last. I won’t be back.

Had to wait a while to get served, but once I did the assistant was very helpful. I bought a new gas hob at a very reasonable price.
