The lady sales manager has no idea about what customer service means. Very ” french” in her way of treating people and not assuming their mistakes. The added value this Boulanger could have, does not exist. Better to purchase online and not deal with “solving problems “.
J’ai achete un ordinateur portable, il n’y en avait plus en stock. J’ai pris le modele d’expo. Pas de remise quand j’ai ouvert la boite de l’ordinateur a la maison. L’ordinateur etait sale meme pas nettoye. Je trouve ca honteux
A reasonable size store where staff is smiling, happy to assist and where you’ll find the more recently released stuff in Beaune. A good surprise after visiting other Brands that cannot compete.
