A friend of mine bought for more than 250.- EUR in this shop. One of his products does not work, but the customer service one the website WILL NOT DEAL WITH THE ISSUE – one one hand, and on the other – WILL NOT GIVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS of the Beziers shop. What do they want people to do? Waste their money on calling you and wait on the line? VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
What great, friendly service! We ordered a dishwasher in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day. All packaging was taken off site, the machine was installed and the old machine (which we’ll have fixed to use elsewhere) was taken to our storage room. All with a smile, and super quick. Also, good communication throughout.
I bought a small heater. It has proved to very efficient and it was a good price. The assistant was very helpful and even carried the heater to the car for me. Always good service in Boulanger, Beziers.
