I bought an iphone from boulanger in may 2023 (4 months ago).
When i was paying they asked me if i wanna add an insurance vol et casse and i said ok.
In september 2023 i broke the screen and it was a very easy fix. I send it for reparation, they send it to portugal and 20 days after they come back to me with a message saying that “we are gonna return you the money” and they returned 45% of the initial price which is not logical since i was paying fees to freaking fix it.
Never communicated the reason (probably they are gonna resell it).
The operation / operators of the insurance were beyond rude and stupid. They even called Boulanger employees instore liars for telling me that you can end the insurance whenever you want (since i no more have phone with them).

And on top of that when you go to the store they throw the ball on each other’s court saying “we dont know, its a separate operation”, by the time i bought it from the store itslef.

I advise you not to buy anything from there cause its true what they call it here “ARNAQUE”.

Awful service. Personnel couldn’t find the invoice of prepayment I’ve made a day ago. Then I waited 15 min more to pay the rest. And finally my (fragile!) product was given to me unpacked! It’s was a showcase item, and it’s not a big issue, but they didn’t tell me anything about no package yesterday and didn’t even try to help today.
Worst shopping experience ever, don’t recommend.

It certainly was not specified that the item does not have the box, and if I remember well the discount was not of 50%. By the way, officially the package supposed to have the following items I didn’t get with my purchase:
1 cable MiniDP vers DP
1 cable USB-C vers USB-C
1 Guide de demarrage rapide
1 carte de garantie
Is it possible to get them?

I went for buying iphone 14 pro max. I will share my experience.
