Just retrouvez a package to get home and find half the contents missing. Will now have to drive another 100km to return the item and then another 100km to pick up a new one in a few days. This is the second time I have had to return an item to them in 3 purchases….
I like to buy my kids birthday and Christmas presents in here. Unlike a lot of places in France, if you have a fault with your item, they don’t argue, it’s either sent off for repair or replaced when still under warranty. The staff are welcoming and very helpful.
