I have bought a computer, which was exhibited. They packed in a big non-original box. Which was OK. But they did not reset it. I am home with a computer, which I am not able to use.
I am writing to the customer service, many many times. Customer service react (just) once, but this shop doesn`t react at all. I do not believe it is a good service.

Nice Boulanger shop located downtown Strasbourg. A wide choice of products is on display and delivery / ordering is proposed otherwise. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is becoming more and more rare nowadays. The store is clean and has an elevator to easily move between the 3 floors.
Outstanding personnel. It’s a wonderful team !
