Absolutely fantastic service. No one can beat them in the prices they quote, in the care they take for your product, in communicating the progress of the repair. They even handle parcel and postage of your laptop both ways in the same price quote, how cool is that. My macbook screen was broken and all it took was 2 days for them to repair and post it back. They also provide 1 year guarantee for the replacement, Apple gives only 90 days. Thank you team BITS, you are amazing.
Very quick response for MacBook replacement battery. Part was ordered in within 2 days and I took my MacBook in the next day and it was ready in under 2 hours. Very professional service, great value compared to Apple direct and great staff reaction online and in person. Unbelievable service! Macbook Air M1 screen fixed in 2 days and returned like new. Much cheaper than Apple’s quote (which was basically you may as well bin the laptop!).
