15/07/2017 – I expected it to be busy as it was a Saturday. But their electronic waiting system wasn’t working correctly, I was ‘passed by’ several times, I was finally seen by someone who I can only describe as a man with serious anger issues. Each answer was met with a very aggressive reply, I was made to feel completely stupid and a total burden. (My friend had to actually ask him to calm down) The fact I was there to upgrade my already expensive contract and buy a new handset was of no consequence to this Orange representative. After reflection I have decided to return the phone and cancel my contract with Orange.
Terrible experience with the rudest service I’ve ever had in my life.
The store manager who’s in charged of mobile purchases was utterly rude and dismissive. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone, if you really have no choice but have to go to an Orange store, find the next nearest store and avoid this at all cost to save yourself couple of hours of back and forth and basically got nothing done
I waited for so long and noticed people who came later than me got served first. So I was almost ready to leave but a man who seemed like he was in charge asked me about my business and helped me right away. All the staff were nice.
