DO NOT use this company.
1. They lied about the price in the contract. Fortunately we had evidence of what they offered us and were able to get it adjusted after much work.
2. The “fiber” they use is not fiber, it is coaxial. It is old technology with slow upload speeds. False advertising. Should be illegal. EDIT: it was illegal, and they were sued for false advertising and lost.
3. Contractors to install are backlogged for one month. One lied and said we weren’t home when he came. The second cancelled the same morning. After three appointments they showed up and said we could not get it installed. They wanted to offer ADSL with another contractor appointment. TWO MONTHS WITHOUT INTERNET.
4. The people in the store won’t help you (except one guy who is probably only helping because he’s generous.)

EDIT: basically all telecom companies in France suck. So good luck
I wanted to open a SIM card in this store of the SFR telephone operator. But they refused me, supposedly in their system they have the same person as me and they cannot register me in the system, but I think person with my name have low chance be there. Even though, when I asked to check with senior managers, they did not want to help me. I think it was racist and they just didn’t like me. I highly do not recommend this store
Red Fibre: Worthless.. now 4 days no internet. All the communication has to be done by app, fine by me but nothing is being communicated (except that there is a network problem). Updates are not being send and i have no idea how long it will take. 4 days no internet is crazy…. Not a company/ product wich is trustworthy in my opinion.
