We are housing a Ukrainian family. Today we were asking to stop the sfr paying card issued to these penniless people and help to retrieve the code to switch to another operator. The sales person practically threw us out of the store. I am 74 this year and have never been treated so badly. The poor Ukrainian women with me were so upset. One day before this we were helped by another vendor who was patient and kind. Sadly I would never recommend your store to anyone as I felt quite ill when leaving without having been treated professionally.
Personnel sympathique sauf la cheffe qui se permet de venir engueuler son Personnel devant moi…..inadmissible. cette cheffe devrait etre dans un bureau sans contact avec les clients..bon courage pour les conseillers cela ne doit pas etre facile tous les jours.
Une equipe au top! J’ai ete tres bien conseillee, mes besoins ont ete compris et ils ont cherche a combiner mes demandes pour m’offrir la meilleure offre. Beaucoup de patience , et toujours avec le sourire. Merci!
