Horrible internet connection especially around Monaco. Impossible to load an image what to say about a video call or simply checking your social. You literally can’t do anything. Very very disappointed. And after you quit with them they charge you extra 100EUR. Do not do any business with them.
Absolutely horrible experience. Treated like idiots and they even tried to blame the customer when they made a mistake. The people that work there are just unpleasant and not very honest! Worst service and staff I have ever experienced in any country. AVOID!
Fortunately, there is a better alternative to Orange. Much more service minded and politer than what I have experienced for years upon years with Orange.
