Et bien je comprend pas les avis! Apres un refus chez Orange pour un abonnement frontalier et bien je me tourne vers SFR et rapide prise en charge par Sara super professionnelle et patiente une superbe employee qui a pris son temps pour tout nous expliquer et j en suis sortie ravie et en plus avec un bon de 100 euros dans tout le magasin milles merci et ravie d’etre nouvelle cliente chez vous
Do not use SFR. I have waited over a month for them to fix the line. The customer service is awful. Although I speak French, they do not speak English. The customer support service is met with attitude and they obviously do not care. I am shocked by the poor service I have received and shall be looking for another provider.
