3 weeks passed since I ve started struggling with internet. Not the fault of SFR shops which cannot do a lot except selling. At that vannes shop the lady gave me a box for a test (she wasn t forced to do it) but the customer service remotely base (seems to be in Morocco) is totally useless and she tried her best to find a logical solution.
Guess the kind of answers I ve obtained from the customer service:
– you are not accessing internet, even us at the head quarter, we are not having internet access too
– this morning (the best): take a kitchen knife and try moving it back and forth inside the telephone plug
– we are having no idea when our maintenance team will come to you
No need mentioning numerous staff barely speaking French which makes it very difficult to understand (even though I ve unsuccessfully tried my luck in English too)

Ok #sfr, you are having up to tomorrow for informing me about when your maintenance team will come or contact me.
The SFR reseller informed me that usually 1 out of 100 customer’ problem can be big.
AVOID #SFR AT ALL PRICE
at least #free is having a local maintenance team base in vannes.
Toujours tres satisfait de l’accueil et de l’ecoute de vos interlocuteurs, en particulier Mathieu qui m’a encore une fois aide a propos d’un demarchage telephonique qui ne m’avantageait pas du tout et devait me faire prendre un abonnement TV gratuit d’un an !… Merci a cette equipe de Vannes.
Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois en boutique et avons eu Mathieu comme conseiller. Merci a lui pour ses precieux conseils et sa patience.
