I have been using Bowland IT for more years than I can remember, I am a private customer with a laptop and a limited understanding of technology, so when things go wrong – i’m stumped!! When I phone I always get a quick response and an understanding voice at the end of the phone – no stuck in a queue repeatedly telling me my call is important. The issue is always fixed quickly, either by remote access or by droping off the laptop at their offices. I completely trust that I am not being overcharged (i’m always told before any significant work is undertaken what the cost will be) and I am never encouraged to up grade my equipment beyond my modest needs. In an increasingly mystifying world of tech I am so grateful to have Bowland IT to rely on.

I had an old laptop 2012 model which after some investigation by Bowland IT we agreed costs involved to repair exceeded model’s future usage. It was good to know all avenues were looked into to see if it could be fixed at a reasonable cost first, as loathed to buy new one if not necessary . They were most helpful and very professional. After some discussion and patience on their part,
I decided to purchase a refurbished macbookpro from them ..
it came virtually next day once decided on one I wanted . The back up support was excellent, feel assured on choice made. Thank you.
