My experience…
I placed an order for an expensive laptop with the promise of next day. Didn’t arrive, no updates as to why, nothing.

Chased and decided to cancel as Box could not confirm a delivery date.

Order cancelled, then still dispatched from FiveTech warehouse 2 days later. Order pulled back from UPS and returned to FiveTech on 7th August. Despite repeated requests i am yet to be issued a refund.

To add insult to injury i am being told that Box have to wait for a credit from the company they were buying the laptop from before they refund me!

I have had to open a chargeback with my bank.

I am still waiting Box, and there are still many platforms for reviews.

Cautionary tale!! We bought a very expensive gaming laptop from Box and sent it back for repair in Dec last year. It took a while for their Customer Services to confirm they tested it and now being repaired. After 2 months of chasing we discovered BoxPC went into administration so contacted Kroll and they told us to go to Mend IT. We contacted them and they never had it. We contacted Acer- they never had it. Therefore our laptop seems never to have left them and must still be at Box at Tamworth but Kroll state they can’t and won’t return it. Be careful and be warned. Not sure who has reopened Box but please can we have our laptop back.

Frustrated and regret choosing Box to purchase a custom built PC. No product, no customer service, all communications have been ignored and if you call any of the listed landlines you get an offices are closed message – even though it’s during the opening times stated by the company. My other half was hoping to buy their pc from Box also but being as I’ve not been able to get my order or any support as a customer but they’ve been happy to take my hard earned money, I think it’s safe to say neither he or anyone I know will support this company. I’m not the only person who has had the same issue looking at their Trust pilot reviews!
