Our organisation has been using Apple products in education for fifteen years and most of those products are kept on an ownership lifecycle whereby they’re under a manufacturer’s warranty. Whenever we have a situation of retaining a niche older product that is not under warranty we need local small businesses to provide service. Boxo Ashmore has been able to support us many times and I’ve always appreciated the perseverance and tenacious efforts of the staff at Boxo to get us a good result. Sometimes a solution requires extra effort or research and this does not go noticed.

My iPhone 11 screen was unresponsive. I drive past everyday on my way to work and see their sign so I stopped at Boxo on my way home, staff where friendly and very experienced they knew the problem and explained it to me straight away. They replaced the screen on the spot for a great price and I was on my way.

Visited Boxo this morning with an Android phone problem. The phone was not broken but had a strange problem with Android Auto app having disappeared. Whilst the young man ( Andrew? ) couldn`t help me , he spent time trying, was extremely pleasant and refused payment. Any phone ,laptop, or tablet problems, I will be back to see him and will recommend Boxo where I can.
