I’ve known Jon via social media and the car community there for years now and always wanted to make use of his regularly highly recommended services.

I took the plunge and asked him to keep an eye out for 2014 iMacs and he immediately knew of some that were available, secured one for me, took it home and updated/upgraded it, packed it up and sent it to me.

I have been using Jon and Bramley for a number of years now. The service and responsiveness has always been exceptional. Just recently my MacBook Air was struggling and Jon was able to replace some parts and it is running as good as knew and has a new lease of life. Whilst at university I used to work for an Apple Premium Reseller so I am very choosy about who I got to for advice and who I select to repair my Macs. Bramley everytime!

There is good and there is this company. The feeling of relief to have found someone to extricate me from the grip off Apple and their extortionate pricing and poor customer service is indescribable. Fantastic communication and did everything in their power to help my student daughter get her MacBook Air up and running. Replaced the screen for less than half price of anyone else. Brilliant, trustworthy, fantastic service.
