I took our 2013 iMac to Mo with a suspected hard drive failure, I thought it was worth a try before I replaced it.

Dropped it off 8pm on Friday & by 11am on Saturday it was ready for collection.

I have changed HD’s etc on older iMacs before but having looked online there was no chance I was even attempting it! It is a big job as the screen has to come out & the HD is hidden behind all sorts of circuit boards etc.

Mo has done great work & I couldn’t be happier with the decision to get him to bring the computer back to life. The replacement SSD boots up in seconds.

Also his prices are very, very reasonable.

Would I use Mo again? Absolutely….

Amazing service! My Mac was suffering from water damage and the next day Mo collected and gave it an assessment for free. I was lucky and the damage wasn’t too bad so it was able to be repaired at a reasonable price. What I really appreciated though was the peace of mind that if I wasn’t so lucky and it ended up not worth the repair I wouldn’t have wasted loads of time and money to find out. Nice one!
